There is a 12 Step program for almost every addiction or addictive behavior. We encourage you to try out different meetings until you find the ones that fit your needs. There are many in-person and online meetings available. Welcome home!

There are so many meetings in any 12 Step program, that it would be impossible to collect them in one place. Start with the national website of the program you are interested in. Use Google to find local meetings. Once you make it to a meeting, look for a literature rack or meeting list on the bulletin board. Most 12 step program members are happy to share their favorite locations with newcomers. Try at least 6 different meetings so you can get a good feel for the people and the meeting. You will find the group that makes you feel at home and welcome.
